***All seasons without a specified location in the title took place in Los Angeles, California.
1. Season 9: Cabo (2012)—There were a TON of fights this season and most of the girls who started out as friends ended up archenemies by the reunion. Season 9 had what I would say is the best reunion in BGC history and this particular batch of bad girls featured a wealth of memorable cast members like Mehgan, Erika, Julie, Rima, Andrea, and Christina. Mehgan, Erika, and Christina are three of the best fighters ever to come on the show (Christina is THE best, in my opinion). Mehgan beating up Rima and Falen at the same time is definitely a highlight from this season, as well as Erika’s hilarious “I Don’t Understand” dance. All of the Christina vs Julie rounds were dominant Christina victories. I loved that fun-sized Andrea stood up for herself in every situation, and even though people hated Julie (myself included at the time season 9 was airing), she was the perfect villain and a master manipulator. Although none of them could fight at all and continually got their asses beat the entire season, Julie, Falen, Ashley and Rima definitely ran the house.
2. Season 7: New Orleans (2011)—This season featured plenty of entertaining fist fights and overall a great cast. Judi produced some of the most entertaining television Oxygen has ever seen while fan-favorites Tiara and Stasi also made their marks. Almost all of the girls could defend themselves this season, with the exception of Judi and Tasha. Judi getting her ass beat after dumping cereal on the sleeping Priscilla as well as Stasi beating the absolute DOG SHIT out of Shelly in the season finale are both among the most epic fights in BGC history.
3. Season 10: Atlanta (2013)—Valentina and Alicia were some major bullies this season and there was quite a bit of jumping that took place, but a LOT of the girls on this cast really knew how to fight (most notably Rocky, Shannon, Alicia, Jenn, and Nicky). Justice was served when Shannon and Rocky came to the reunion with a vengeance and gave several of the girls who bullied them well-deserved beatings. The best fights of season 10 would be Alicia vs. Janae (Valentina jumps in to help Alicia), Jenn vs. Rocky (Valentina ONCE AGAIN jumps in a fight, this time to help Jenn), Rocky vs. Alicia (both rounds), Shannon vs. Valentina (reunion), Nicky vs. Valentina (both rounds), and Nicky vs. Jenn at the reunion. Paula, Rocky, and Shannon were the fan favorites from this season.
4. Season 17: East Meets West (2017)— So. Many. Fights. Season 17 was the final season of BGC and hands down the best season in almost 5 years. The twist this season was that Oxygen pit girls from the east & west coasts against one another, but in reality both coasts ended up intertwining and going against girls from their same coast. There was a lot of shaking up between friendships, but I loved that the majority of the cast (besides Susan) stayed in the house the entire time, and there was only one replacement (Briana). All of the fights were 1-on-1 and each girl in the house fought at least once. It's hard to pick the best fight this season, because so many of them were good, but I'd probably say either of the two Briana vs. Keyaira rounds because both of them had hands. Briana is definitely one of the most memorable replacements and really held her own in the house. I was shocked that Kiyanna lost every fight she got into because she fought all the time and was much bigger than the rest of her cast mates, but it was really funny to watch her continually get thrown to the ground. Seven was my favorite cast member and in addition to being one of the best fighters, she was also the prettiest in my opinion (Sayyora was pretty too). The reunion was not as memorable as others, but also not the worst reunion either. Seven definitely gave Kiyanna the business for the third time at the reunion. All in all, East Meets West was easily one of my favorite seasons and I'm glad the show went out on a high note.
5. Season 4 (2009-10)—The notorious Natalie Nunn's season brought BGC to new heights. She and fellow cast-mate Flo were definitely the most memorable from this season, and their love-hate relationship kept millions of viewers watching. Portia's fight with Natalie was the most intense fight the show had ever seen at the time it aired. Despite Natalie and Flo’s dominance, cast members Kendra, Kate, Amber, and Portia all have a significant place in season 4’s archives.
6. Season 15: Twisted Sisters (2016)— This truly was the comeback season! After four lackluster seasons in a row and a huge decline in ratings, Oxygen brought the perfect twist to revamp the show by casting only pairs of sisters. Season 15 features the most total bad girls of any season at 16 (8 pairs of sisters), and there were a TON of fights. The editing during the fights was still overdone and I wish viewers would have been able to see more, but it was better editing than the atrocity of seasons 13 & 14. The fact that Diamond and Olivia lied about being sisters (they are actually ex-lovers) until Olivia's confession halfway through the show ON TOP OF Olivia lying about having cancer made for crazy TV. My favorite cast members were Jaimee and Jazmyn (the youngest sisters in the house who came as replacements and literally fought every set of sisters they lived with) as well as the final set of replacements, Hanan and Susu. The dream team of Jaimee, Jaz, Susu, and Hanan gave me so much life. Honestly all of the fights were pretty intense this season but it's hard to say which one was the best... I'd probably say the first fight of Amber & Asia vs. Jaimee & Jazmyn on the stairs or when Hanan & Susu attacked Kristina which led to Asia and Amber getting involved. As you might guess, there were a lot of 2-on-2 fights that happened, and I'll go ahead and give Asia the award for best fighter, though she really only fought Jaimee and Jazmyn several times, who are both much smaller than her. The thing I appreciated about this season was that although BGC is petty by nature, the girls' reasons for fighting seemed a little bit more valid and made more sense than in seasons past, and I loved that deep family/sister issues (particularly with Kristina & Angela) were addressed. The reunion was pretty lit and although some of the fights were either way too edited or broken up by security too quickly, Liv vs. Dime as well as Jaimee & Jaz vs. Angela & Kristina were both good fights... but I wish they would have let Hanan fuck Angela's face/world up and put her in the hospital (not sorry lol). In the end, Season 15 definitely got BGC back on the right track.
7. Season 6 (2011)—It seemed that most of season 6's drama and storylines revolved around 27-year-old Char, but there wasn't really a breakout star this season like we've seen in others. That being said, this was a solid cast across the board. Replacement #3 Wilmarie is one of the greatest replacements in BGC history, and all three of her fights with the pompous, much bigger & manlier Nikki were incredible (Wilma undoubtedly won all 3 rounds by a landslide each time). Lauren from Kentucky was pretty funny, while Jessica and Kori were two of the better fighters in the show’s history. Kori's fight with replacement #1 Ashley was another fight that got pretty intense.
8. Season 5: Miami (2010)—Only 2 of the 7 original cast members made it to the last day of filming, and just 4 made it overall out of 10 total bad girls this season. The two breakout stars were tattooed rebel-chick Lea from Miami and bubbly pageant princess Kristen, whose unlikely friendship came to a violent demise by the end of the season. Catya and Morgan had short-lived stints, but were both fan-favorites during their time on the show. There were not a whole lot of good fights (that were aired) in season 5, but the altercation in which loose-cannon Brandi throws a Panini maker in a fit of drunken rage at Lea was entertaining to say the least. Morgan’s scuffle with Brandi, Erica, and Danielle in episodes 1 & 2 before destroying the production room and getting kicked off the show is another memorable moment. Kristen was the most surprising to me this season and is definitely one my personal favorite Bad Girls of all time.
9. Season 2 (2007-08)—One word: Tanisha. The Godmother of all bad girls first made her mark on season 2 of BGC and created some hallmark reality TV moments, most notably her "I ain't get no sleep 'cuz of y'all" dance, in which she stomped around the house banging pots and pans to awaken her sleeping castmates. Her reaction to Jennavecia putting hot sauce in her juice is probably the best fight of season 2, though it really does not compare to the fights shown in later seasons. People tend to only remember Tanisha from season 2, but her fellow cast members Darlen, Cordelia, and Hanna were all entertaining during their stay in the house. Watching all of the girls turn against the only replacement, Andrea, after discovering a nasty MySpace blog she wrote about living with them was totally comical and entertaining.
10. Season 16: Social Disruption (2016)— Let me just say that Bunim Murray and Oxygen have totally redeemed themselves from a show that was very much leaning toward cancellation with the two most recent seasons. I loved the concept of having an entire cast of social media stars. This was a smart move by the producers to get ratings up and it worked. BGC16 had a strong cast of memorable girls pretty much across the board (besides Adryan), however pretty much all of the drama happened in the first 4 or 5 episodes, otherwise I’d have the season ranked even higher. I really appreciated the significant improvement in editing the fights this season and security not jumping in right away. I actually thought all of the fights were good fights with the exception of Kaila & Tabatha ganging up on pint-sized Kailie in episode 2. That particular incident divided the entire house and set the tone for the rest of the season up through the reunion. Elliadria beating up Kaila is probably the best fight of the season, but the first two rounds of the Brynesha vs. Zee fights were good too, although they fought so many times that it kind of became redundant. Brynesha was one of my favorites and I was really impressed with her music, attitude, and most of all her fighting skills. She handled Zee in all of their fights that were aired despite a huge size difference and never once backed down or held back her opinion for anyone. I liked all four of the replacements (Stephanie, Kandyce, Kabrina, Tiara) but I think things would have stayed more intense if more than one original (Zee) lasted until the final day of filming. Kandyce and Brynesha’s fight was pretty lit on the last episode but I actually like them both and wish that would have never happened, but that was literally the only thing that went on for the second half of the season. Every reunion has been sub-par since seasons 9 & 10, but I’ve finally accepted that no reunion will ever top season 10 and I need to move on. Both fights at the reunion were rowdy, particularly Kaila running up on Kandyce as soon as she walked on stage… those 2 really hate each other lol and it showed. This season had a 2-part reunion but everything happens on part 2. Overall, I think BGC is headed back in the right direction and casting the right types of girls again and I’m looking forward to BGC17.
11. Season 8: Las Vegas (2012)—There was WAY too much jumping taking place this season and the majority of the girls in the cast were extremely lame. The Victor Twins (Danni & Gabi) brought a lot of attention to the show with their mean-girl antics and ratings hit the fan when their bullying backfired and the two of them got notoriously jumped by 4 of their castmates. Camilla is among the top 3 greatest replacements in BGC history (Rocky S10, Wilmarie S6) and Amy also proved to be a tough cookie who was not to be messed with. Replacement #1 Elease was pretty and held her own at the beginning, but she was not very exciting or good at fighting and became kind of a follower. I liked Jenna a lot but she lasted only 4 episodes. Other than those I have mentioned, the remainder of the cast were a bunch of unfortunate-looking bullies and haters. Amy vs Camilla after taking a shower together is the best fight of season 8. Camilla’s fights with Elease at the reunion are also noteworthy.
12. Season 12: Chicago (2014) —Season 12 was the first season to feature Dr. Laura Baron, a life coach who is meant to help the bad girls overcome issues in their lives that have caused them to be “bad girls.” Though I would say this cast was one of the most mature casts in the show’s history, a lot of the girls fell flat this season. Bisexual Jonica (aka “Blu”) was the fan-favorite, and her coming out to her family as well as her romantic relationship with replacement #1, Aysia, despite having a girlfriend at home were major storylines. Redd was an enormous (literally & figuratively) bully and although there was no jumping while the girls lived in the house, there were a lot of petty fights that all seemed to involve the pint-sized 28-year-old convicted felon, Jada. Jada was the realest (though her castmates would not agree) and most interesting bad girl this season. Her multiple fights with southern diva, Lo (who I also loved), were all memorable. Loudmouth Britt giving defenseless replacement #2 Dalila a bloody nose and lip after she came into the house talking crap is one of the more brutal beatdowns in BGC history. Linsey’s meltdown and premature departure in episode 2 also made for some wild television (side note: Linsey passed away in April 2015... RIP). It looked like there may have been some intense fights at the reunion, but Oxygen completely edited over all of them, so viewers never got to actually see what went down. This was the first season where I felt like Oxygen started over-editing fights and sloppily editing the storylines, and it has only gotten worse since.
13. Season 11: Miami II (2013)—Season 11 featured the most jumping of any season, and the final fight of the 5 remaining girls all brutally ganging up on replacement #6, Hailey, was probably the hardest fight to for me to watch in all 11 seasons. The season featured SIX replacements (a BGC record until Season 15), and it was hard to keep track of all the girls coming and going. Out of 13 total cast members, all of them were absolutely WACK except for replacement #2/3 Janelle (she entered the house at the same time as Shanae) and fan-favorite Sarah, who both had to take on the entire house by themselves. The best and most evenly-matched fight of the season happened early on between Sarah and Gigi in the kitchen. Both girls could fight, but Gigi was known for jumping into fights. Sarah proved herself time and time again, whooping almost every girl in the house's ass before the producers sent her home after her fight with snaggle-toothed fame-whore Mimi in episode 4.
14. Season 13: Redemption (2014)—This season, Oxygen brought back ten former bad girls for a second chance to make their mark in the Bad Girls mansion and work on bettering themselves. Laura the life coach from season 12 returned for a second season. Despite its high expectations, season 13 turned out to be one of the most disappointing in the show’s history. Ratings shot way down and the main and only real fight between Rocky, Natalie, and Redd (which sent the latter 2 girls home) was completely edited over. Judi proved once again to be an unstable trainwreck, and all of the other arguments were petty, childish, and repetitive. I personally saw the most growth in Julie. I wish Rima would have been an original cast member instead of the sole replacement because she seemed like she made a genuine change as well (both physically and mentally). I lost a lot of respect for Camilla, Natalie, Judi, and Sarah after watching season 13 and developed a newfound appreciation for Julie, Redd, Danni, and Rima.
15. Season 3 (2008-09)—There were basically no real fights this season, besides Amber M and Kayla's scuffle outside the car at a gas station or the time Whitney and Ailea tag-teamed Amber M during a vacation in Mexico, but neither of those fights compare to the fights we've seen in recent years. The storyline for the whole season was the two bubbly blonde Ambers (Amber M & Amber B) against the "Fab Five" that consisted of Tiffany, Sarah, Whitney, Ailea, and replacement Ashley. Amber M, Kayla, and Tiffany are the only three cast members from this season who are even the slightest bit memorable and worth noting.
16. Season 1 (2006-07)—Not many people knew about BGC in its first season, and the show certainly has come a long way since its inception. However, season 1 still features its share of entertaining moments. Ripsi's inebriated fight with Kerry (and later Jodie) is one of the most hilarious moments in reality TV history and certainly one of the most underrated BGC fights. Also, Ty proved to be a gangster in her fight when she completely embarrassed loudmouth Aimee by connecting on every single hit she threw and Aimee not even getting one. Those were the only two physical altercations of the season, and the majority of the girls were forgettable.
17. Season 14: Back for More (2015) — Season 14 was a slight improvement from the previous 3 seasons in terms of the quality of [some of.. definitely not all or even most of] the cast, but it was also the worst-edited season ever, making it last on this list. It looked like there may have been some intense fights that took place, but the few that aired on TV were extremely over-edited to the point that viewers are not able to see any of the actual contact in most cases. I thought it was great that Oxygen picked another pair of twins, and I thought the Clermont twins were even more entertaining than the Victor Twins of season 8. Jelaminah was by far and away best fighter of the season. She popped Lauren in the face multiple times and beat up Jenna 3 times in one day (only 2 rounds are aired and highly edited). Despite the interesting cast members, this season experienced record-low ratings and also features the most disgusting moment in BGC history, which makes it last on this list: After Jelaminah & the Clermont twins locked the rest of their castmates out of the limo and went to the club, Lauren, Kat, Jasmine, and Jenna destroyed and peed on ALL of the girls' belongings (literally everything each of the girls brought with them to the house). The fact that Bunim Murray (the production company for BGC) allowed this to happen shows just how trashy and desperate for storylines the show has become. The Clermont twins did not attend the reunion because they couldn't reach a contract agreement with the producers, which made for one of the worst and dumbest reunions ever.
